NSW service areas
NSW CTP claim lawyers by location
NSW CTP Claims is a specialised service of Stephen Young Lawyers. We assist injured people across NSW with CTP insurer letters, statutory benefits, weekly payments, treatment disputes, threshold injury, WPI, damages and Personal Injury Commission pathways.
These pages do not claim a separate office in every town or suburb. Legal services are provided by Stephen Young Lawyers from its Sydney office, with phone and video appointments available where suitable.

CTP information and enquiry options in five languages
NSW CTP claim information and enquiry pages are available in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The translated pages explain the same NSW scheme, evidence and dispute issues and link to the matching contact form.
Legal services are provided by Stephen Young Lawyers. Interpreter or translation arrangements can be discussed where needed. The availability of a particular lawyer who speaks a requested language is not guaranteed.
How to use this index
Start with your area, then prepare the documents and decide what to do next
A location page can help you find the right local service-area information, but the first legal review still starts with the document: the insurer decision, claim number, medical certificate, IME report, treatment refusal, PAWE calculation, or PIC notice.
Major NSW regions
Use these hubs for larger NSW service areas before narrowing to a city, town, council, suburb or locality page.
Priority NSW cities and service areas
These exact-location pages have their own accident scenarios, evidence guidance and FAQs. They do not claim a local office; the same NSW-wide CTP scheme applies.
Sydney and metropolitan NSW
Start with the Greater Sydney hub if your accident, treatment or work evidence is connected to metropolitan Sydney.

Start with the Regional NSW hub if treatment access, travel records, local police reporting or distance from Sydney affects the claim file.
